Cross-Border Cooperation Program Spain External Borders (POCTEFEX)

CITETUR project was led by El legado andalusí Andalusian Public Foundation. It was financed with ERDF funds, within the frame of the cross-border program Spain-External Borders (POCTEFEX).
The objective of CITETUR was the development of tourist and cultural attractions and the promotion of cultural identity between Andalusia and northern Morocco. Targeted actions were carried out to improve and consolidate the local situation of traditional commerce and crafts, as an intangible part of the cultural heritage, looking for synergies between cultural tourism and commerce.
